How much does a false ceiling cost in Dubai?
Prices include framing, boarding, taping and plaster skim. A written fixed-price quote is always provided after a free site visit.
How long does false ceiling installation take?
A single bedroom or living room takes 1–2 days. A full apartment across multiple rooms typically takes 4–7 days. Coffered ceilings and LED cove designs take longer than flat ceilings due to the additional framing and levels required.
Do you integrate LED lighting into the ceiling?
Yes — we build LED cove channels, downlight pockets and feature strip recesses directly into the ceiling frame before the boarding is closed. We can coordinate with your electrician or source one through our team.
What type of gypsum board do you use?
We use moisture-resistant (MR) gypsum board for all areas and standard gypsum for dry areas. For fire-rated partitions we use fire-rated board per Dubai Civil Defence requirements. All boards are from certified suppliers.
Can you create multi-level ceilings?
Yes — multi-level, stepped and coffered ceilings are one of our most popular designs. We plan the exact levels and heights at the design stage to ensure the proportions look right in your specific room dimensions.
Do you install gypsum partitions?
Yes — single and double-layer gypsum board partitions for creating new bedrooms, ensuites, home offices, dressing rooms and commercial office demising. We install the full partition including door frames and skim finish.
Can you repair or patch existing gypsum ceilings?
Yes — we repair cracked gypsum, water-damaged panels, sagging ceilings and damaged cornices. We match the existing finish and texture as closely as possible. Water damage repairs include treating the source before patching.
Do you paint the ceiling after installation?
We don't include painting in our standard quote but we work closely with painting contractors and can arrange the full sequence if needed — gypsum installed and primed, then painted. Ask us about our combined gypsum and painting packages.
