Villa renovation in Dubai: before and after

One villa, renovated room by room: a new kitchen, rebuilt bathrooms, new floors, wardrobes, lighting and paint. Every photo on this page is from the job.

What changed

The villa came to us dated and tired: beige wall tiles and a wood-effect floor in the kitchen, bathtubs and old tiling in the bathrooms, worn floors and wood-grain wardrobes in the bedrooms. Here is what each room got.

Another villa, renovated inside and out

This walkthrough is a different villa from the photos above. The front steps were changed to porcelain, the living room marble was polished, the chandeliers were replaced, and the whole villa was repainted.

Not everything needs replacing

We only do what is necessary. Some things just need to be brought back to life:

  • Main door: Painted and refinished, not replaced.
  • Marble floors: Polished back to a shine instead of being torn up.
  • Wardrobes: Painted and finished like new.
  • Bathrooms: Rebuilt: new tiles, sanitary ware, basin counters, ceilings, water pipes, drainage and waterproofing.

Who a villa renovation is for

Landlords

A villa that looks dated competes for tenants on price. A renovation that fixes the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and paint lets it compete on quality instead, and a sound rebuild of the bathrooms means fewer call-outs between tenancies.

Buyers

An older villa that needs work is often the better buy. Instead of paying for someone else's finishes, you renovate it to your own taste, and we tell you up front which parts can be refinished and which need replacing.
